I could have sworn you said you made high-quality videos in your bio, because this was far from it. You should be grateful for how high your score is, because most people frown upon sprite movies.
Okay, so heres my problems with it.
The animation is good, but its hard not to make good animation using Street Fighter sprites. And it seems that you didn't create a single frame of this on your own, next time put a bit more effort atleast in editing them... Maybe make your own SFX to spice things up too.
The sound effects were a nice touch, but it really only degraded the film after realizing that there were only 3 actual sounds used and they were just repeated over and over again. Next time please use more variation in sound effects, otherwise it gets rather annoying and repetitive.
The fighting was dull and the story was useless, it only hurt the overall effect. The fighting had nothing that stood out from the crowd and was perhaps less interesting than the fighting in an actual match of streetfighter. Next time try and make things faster paced and more fluid, and with less breaks for talking and useless pauses.
The text and story were horendous, try and improve on them next time. Maybe implement voice acting rather than text, or find a way to better include the text in the video as to keep the action going and to not bore the viewer.

Okay so you can draw pretty well, but you seem to lack the patience needed to animate. Nonetheless its pretty good looking, just too dull. The mouths were just moving not synced, and most animations were 2 frames rather than the 20+ they should have been to look good. You should try tweening, even though most artists look down upon it, it can really help raise the quality of a flash.
The flash needs a far improved menu to stand out, and it deserves an icon to show that its not just a movie in need of blamming.

-Lack of patience, Its a valid point and on Im slowly improving upon.
-lip-syncing, I tryed for the first time and will use it more in the future
-The frames of animation is a bit of an odd point, I wanted to focus on some timings witch meant using a less animated style.
-Im still learning to tween and at this point not happy to base a whole flash on it.
-Iv never been one for menus, as long as people can watch the flash I thick it's fine.
-Icon, I don't have Photoshop so making icons seems to be impossible

The animations as a whole were kind of ehhh, sub-par. But there were a few that really stood above the rest. The menu and animation viewing was well done though, good job on the actionscripts.
The tutorial sections is a GREAT idea, but you really implemented it poorly. When changing from Previous to Next the audio begins to stack, make sure to turn off playing audio when clicking the buttons. Also the animation tutorials didn't really help in the least, you just told people to make frames in flash. Which when animating in flash is rather self-explanitory. Next time, or in an update, make sure to clearly state examples of how to animate and advice on doing it. Also include each frame of the animation so we can see the progression rather than just the original and animated versions.
Its cool that your still making these though. I've noticed that the artists keep getting better.

Pretty good actually, forgive me for expecting trash. There were quite a few animations that stood out as being great. I enjoyed it although it could have been a bit funnier, and some of the animations were rather slow.
And apparently this is just a warmup so, anxiously awaiting the real rounds.

WaSn't THAT badly animated, but the menu was horrendous... Please do somethign about that. And in future flashes I advice a bit more to keep the watcher entertained, IE: A storyline, explosions, deaths, BOOMS, laughs, w.e

"Sick concept, thats undeniableG G G _ U N I T T T"
Its pretty crappy, but its got a sick concept and thats undeniable. IF you just polished it up alot, like having an actual missile come from the turret when you click rather than just dissapearing enemies, then it would be pretty good really. Add more enemies, instructions, a menu, and a missile effect and it'll be prettty sick... Just like the concept.

I rated this a 5 due to it being rather aweshummm, but I do have a few comments.
I really enjoyed the particles, but it wasn't something quite groundbreaking and them being only one color and not interacting with the ball (pushing the ball atleast abit) was rather dull. Its an aweshummm idea and I'm sure you can improve on it to get the front page slot that you deserve :-D
I loved the gravity fields, only suggestion is maybe making diverse sizes or other such effects that change the ball.
I just wish you amped up the graphics and made it a bit more flashy, otherwise it was pretty fun. I'd love to see another new take on PONG, if you come up with any improvements!
